There are no strings on me!


This morning Kayla no longer had her feeding tube. It is really the first time we've gotten to see her face without anything medical on her face! She still has sensors on but anything that goes inside her has been removed. Since she had taken a bottle for 24 hours, I got the breastfeed this morning!!!!! It was the first time and it seemed so natural and was so encouraging!!! She latched right on and fed for about 10 minutes on each side. It was truely amazing. Cross your fingers for her to finish her bottle for the rest of the day and through the night!!!! So excited!
